* LifeWalk is on October 14th this year, two weeks further into fall.

*The 2007 Honorary Chair is Dr. Brady Allen!

*This year we’re collecting coats and toys for our clients (instead of shoes). They will be distributed to our clients and their families over the Holidays.

* Our Agency Partner applications are out and the 2007 partners will be announced at the LifeWalk Kick Off party.

What’s behind the curtain at the Kick Off Party?

We’ll have something exciting and new you will have to see!

Fundraising Tips

Clean out that closet…then have a yard sale. Turn yesterday’s treasures into today’s cash for LifeWalk. Regain your feng shui and closet space.

Put on a dress…The winner of the Miss LifeWalk Pageant gets to have all tips s/he earns counted toward his or her designated LifeWalk team. It’s a great way to raise funds for your team, not to mention a lot of fun and showcase for your talents. And did we mention the tiara? It’s yours for a whooooole year!

Wash your car…and everyone else’s in the neighborhood. Ask for a donation as you get dirty and make things clean in the name of charity. When was the last time you had a Mr. Bubble moment?

Fire Up the Barbeque…and invite your friends over. Ask for a donation on behalf of LifeWalk.

Throw yourself a Birthday Party…and ask that donations be given to LifeWalk in lieu of presents. Keep your guests busy writing you checks instead of counting your candles...

Share your email address…of your LifeWalk fundraising page. Put it on your email signature or email your friends, family and anyone you know asking them to support you by donating to your page. What?! You say you don’t have a LifeWalk fundraising page? Well, take 10 minutes and make one! www.firstgiving.com/aidsarmslifewalk
