WAGGIN' OUR TAILS FUR A GOOD CAUSE
Event: Life Bark
When: Sunday, October 10th, 2010
Where: Lee Park, Dallas, Texas at Turtle Creek and Lemmon Ave.
What: Scenic 3.2 mile route through beautiful Turtle Creek
Why: LifeBark / LifeWalk supports the needs for real people living with HIV/AIDS in your community. The proceeds help to educate the community regarding this pervasive epidemic and how it impacts everyone. Raising money to support ongoing HIV/AIDS services is a way to show support for loved ones who are fighting the disease, or walk in memory of those who have been lost. Plus, we award fantastic prizes to the top fundraising individuals. Each year we encourage our canine friends to come out and walk with their owners. This year the pooches have decided to join the cause and form their own fundraising teams.
